Olympics &
Paralympics

Radhika Kawlra Singh has been training Indian Olympic athletes over 5 Olympic Games starting from 2008. For Paris 2024 she coached 3 Olympians and 4 Paralympians.

"I Enjoyed the challenges that come with the job. While Missing a third medal by a point was heartbreaking it has been joyous to bring home to India two medals; A silver and A bronze."

Harnessing an ability to perfectly meet an identified target with repetition while raising the bar, ahead of competitors, bringing laurels home for the country is a daunting task.

As a mental coach, I enable the mental skill sets of the Olympic and Paralympic athletes so they may be perfectly initiated to achieve precision, consistency, and excellence in their chosen competitive sport. By setting ambitious targets, cultivating a growth mindset, and pushing beyond comfort zones, my clients can surpass competition and bring pride to themselves and their country. It's a challenging journey, but achieving greatness is within reach with the right mindset and guidance.

ABOUT mind
Training

Professional Athletes require personalised mind training techniques and instructions to help themselves make purposeful changes consciously and unconsciously.

From physiological and psychological evidence, we know that the brain contains vast power waiting to be unleashed. Research on successful athletes reveals that a sportsman who remains tied to daily mental practice inherently builds a capacity to stay stronger through a difficult time in their game, even in the most challenging competitive space.
